Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you receive the goods, provided all the following requirements are met:

The product must be unused, unopened and in pristine condition, with all original factory packaging and included accessories intact. It must not have scratches, dents or any signs of man-made damage.

We do not accept returns for products that have been disassembled, modified, damaged by human error, or heavily used.

2. Warranty Coverage

All electronic products of our brand come with official manufacturer warranty. Within the warranty period, if functional malfunctions or quality defects occur under normal use, we offer free repair, part replacement or full unit replacement within one year.

Damage caused by human error, improper use, unauthorized disassembly, operation beyond specified guidelines and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it complies with return requirements, a refund will be issued via your original payment method. The actual arrival of funds depends on the processing schedule of each payment provider, which generally takes 3 to 10 business days.

For returns not caused by product defects or shipping errors on our part, all associated return shipping fees and customs charges shall be borne by the customer.
